By accessing and using our website, educational materials, design courses, and tools, you agree to be bound by these terms. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing our UI design courses, mobile app design materials, or using our prototyping tools and user flow mapping resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We provide educational content, design tutorials, and digital resources designed for individuals and professionals seeking to develop skills in interface design, user experience principles, and Southeast Asian digital product trends. Your access to our platform is granted on a personal, non-commercial basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require you to accept additional terms for specific services or features. These supplementary terms will be provided at the point of use and will apply alongside these general terms.

User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our community. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. This content is protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property regulations. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our materials without our prior written consent. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from our platform without explicit permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability. If you create original work while using our tools or materials, you retain ownership of that work, but grant us a license to use it for promotional or educational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of our educational materials, design courses, or tools. Termination

Upon termination, your right to access our services immediately ceases. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your account data, downloaded materials, or work in progress resulting from termination. You remain liable for any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination. If we terminate your account due to your violation of these terms, you may not create a new account without our express permission. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities you have incurred. We may also discontinue or modify our services at any time with or without cause or notice to you.
